Order Cancellation

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Marked as Delivered but Not Received
In rare cases, a parcel may be marked as delivered by the courier but not physically received by the customer. This occurs most often with deliveries to workplaces, apartment buildings or shared addresses, where parcels may be accepted by reception staff, neighbours or building management.
If you are unable to locate your delivery, we recommend requesting proof of delivery directly from the courier via their official website. This may include delivery confirmation or a signature record.
Please note that for orders confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.
For this reason, we strongly recommend choosing a secure and personally accessible delivery address when placing your order.
